Day 23 - Dirty Talk

“I told you, Mikey, I don’t kiss and tell,” said Donatello without looking up from his work.

“Don’t think of it as kissin’ and tellin’, dude!  Think of it as…”  Michelangelo trailed off and scratched his chin as he tried to form a metaphor.  With a snap of his fingers, he continued.  “A scholar sharing his research with his fellow bros!  You have the knowledge, man!  You can enlighten us!”

The younger turtle had been at it for the better half of an hour, trying to get the dirty details of his brother’s relationship.  Donnie wasn’t one to share his thoughts and feelings; and he didn’t tend to brag.  That made a curious turtle like Mikey that much more eager to learn the truth.

“Mikey, I appreciate your thirst for knowledge, but what you’re asking of me is very private and intimate details of my relationship, not some… some experiment I need peer reviewed,” Donatello said.

It had been like this since Donatello introduced Dani to Leonardo, Michelangelo, and Splinter.  Mikey was immediately fascinated with her.  He followed her around like a puppy, constantly chatting her up and working overtime to get to know her when she was around.  When she wasn’t, he pestered Donnie like this.  It was all innocent and even endearing at first, like asking how they met and what they saw in each other, but that all changed when Raphael happened to make an offhand comment revealing the true nature of his brother’s relationship.  The moment that seed was planted, Michelangelo’s interest grew out of control.

“I didn’t know you were so lame, dude!” Mikey huffed, flopping down on a nearby chair.  “I thought you were cool…  Or maybe you’re just too good to talk to your bros now that you’re all dating a human and stuff.”

The youngest brother really had a way of getting under the skin of everyone around him.  It was like an art.  Just wear someone down until they cracked.  As smart as Donatello could be, even he wasn’t immune to this kind of constant psychological warfare.  With a groan of irritation, he threw his wrench down on his workbench and turned to Mikey.

“Fine.  What is it exactly that you want to know?”

Michelangelo shot up, clapping his hands together.

“Everything!” he exclaimed.  “Anything you wanna share!  I wanna know it all, dude!  What’s she like?  Is she good?  Can she take it?

Donatello closed his eyes, pushing his glasses up so he could rub the bridge of his nose.  His face was beginning to heat up from the thought of the answers to those questions.

Something rare had happened as Donatello began to spill the juicy details of his exploits— Michelangelo had grown speechless.  The typically boisterous turtle sat there, wide-eyed and slack jawed, absorbing every word that left his other brother’s lips.  Even after Donnie had finished, he didn’t speak up immediately, which left the other turtle wondering if maybe he had been a little too explicit with his account.  Donnie honestly hadn’t anticipated telling Mikey everything, but the moment he started gushing about her, he just couldn’t stop.  He cleared his throat, and when he did, Mikey shook his head.

“Whoa…”  Mikey shifted in the seat he was sitting in.  “My shell feels tight…”

“TMI, Mikey.”

“Heh, sorry,” he chuckled.  “Can’t help all that got my tail twitching.”

Donatello ran a hand over his face before turning back to his workbench.  He couldn’t deny that recounting all those events did have him a little hot and bothered too, but he could do without the crude comments from his own brother.  As he picked up his wrench again, Mikey walked over and leaned on the bench.

“Hey, dude,” whispered Michelangelo.

“What?” Donatello replied as deadpan as he could muster.

“… Think she’d help me out?  Let me take a ride on the Dani-mobile?”

Donnie did not want to have this conversation right now.  He knew the only way the other turtle would get this out of his system would be if he were to have an experience himself.  Eager to get back to work on his most current pet project, he decided to leave it up to Dani herself.

“Why don’t you ask her next time she’s over?” he mumbled.

“Whaaat?  Seriously?  You’d let me put the moves on your girl?”

“Knock yourself out,” Donatello said, causing Michelangelo to jump up and pump his fist.

“BOOYAH!”

“Just try not to be a total pervert, okay?” he continued, even though he knew it took a lot to gross her out.  “She is a living, breathing person.  Not some toy.”

“Dude, I’ll be a gentleman!” Michelangelo promised.  “I’ll charm the pants off of her faster than you can say ‘cowabunga.’”

Daniela carefully descended the ladder down to the entrance of the turtles’ lair.  She had gotten pretty good at this by now, as coming over on Friday nights after she was done with her work week was now her routine.  When she reached the bottom, she adjusted the straps on her overnight backpack and entered their “home” like she belonged.  Michelangelo was the first turtle she laid eyes on when she stepped into the main living area.  He glanced away from the TV over at her when he saw her walk in out of the corner of his eye, then looked again once he realized it was not one of his brothers and his face lit up.

“Dani!  Danielaaaa!  Dan the wo-man!” he said, standing up and walking over.  “How you doing?”

Dani chuckled at his greeting and gave him a quick hug when he was close enough.  A goofy grin crossed Mikey’s face as he held her in his arms.

“Hiya, Mikey,” she said while squeezing him.  All too soon, she let go and looked up at him.  “Donnie around?”

“Ya just missed him,” he was pleased to say.  “He and Leo went to the surface to scoop up our dinner.”

“Let me guess, pizza again?”

“Bingo!” he confirmed.  “Guess you’re stuck with me ‘til they get back with it!”

“Aw, darn,” she playfully pouted before giggling.  “So, whatcha watching?”

“Oh, some horror movie.  Lost the remote so I dunno what it is…”  He shrugged before he was struck with a brilliant idea.  “Wait, you like horror movies, right?”  When she nodded, he threw an arm around her.  “You should totally watch it with me while you wait.  Maybe you’ll recognize it!”

She smiled at him and nodded.  “Sure, why not?  Got nothing better to do.”

Feeling triumphant, he guided her to their makeshift couch.  She seated herself in the middle, and he had no qualms about sitting as close to her as possible.  A commercial was currently playing on the TV, so he didn’t feel bad about chatting her up in the meantime.  Donnie’s “permission” for him to put the moves on her was at the front of his thoughts, and he was going to make use of their time together.

“Sooo… Got any wild weekend plans?” he asked, nudging her with his elbow.

“I dunno.  I brought my laptop.  I figured Donnie and I would play the new update that came out this week to the game we like.”

“Ohhh, a gamer girrrrrl,” Mikey teased.  “Y’know, not to brag, but I’m a bit of a gamer myself, girl.  You should totally play with me some time.”  He winked, hoping she knew that the offer to play with him wasn’t limited to games.

Dani raised a brow.  His flirting wasn’t subtle at all, and she didn’t need the head’s up that Donatello had given her to notice his little crush.  It was certainly flattering.

“I’d love to play with you some time, Michelangelo,” she said.  “You don’t mind being player three, do you?”

The way she purred his name was pure torture.  She was making his head spin faster than his nunchucks.  He felt all the blood rush down when she teased him like that.

“Nope, not at all,” he said.  “…Though, I’m wondering if I could get a little one on one practice round or two in.”

“Practice round?”

“Yeah, y’know… Just to, uh… familiarize ourselves with each other’s moves and get a feel for the game, you feel me?”

Michelangelo trying to rizz her up with the nerdy talk was hands down one of the cutest things she’d seen from him yet.  She couldn’t help but keep playing along.

“Absolutely,” she agreed, resting a hand on his knee.  “I’m down with a little co-op.”
